Btw good cover next time if you do this song loosen up and buy a few tom mics and download errrm a theres a free software called ordacity download that and record it in that way so within doing it that way you can record your drums dim the sound of them down and put the track of viva la gloria in the background and it would sound mint :)

That's the song I want to play! I've just learned how to play the drums (less than one month) and my goal is to reach your level (one thing at the time!) I think that's pretty good. The way the camera is positionned is excellent, we see everything you do and that's agood way to learn for me. keep posting videos on youtube! btw, i love green day ;-)

You're pretty good for a beginner, just try to

A) loosen up

B)Work on alternating a little more on faster note runs rather than using only one hand

C)Try to hit the cymbal with the shoulder of the stick for more power and a clearer sound

Otherwise, really really good for someone who's been playing for a year

Not bad except for the lack of bass/snare in the chorus during the crashes. Just remember: 9 times out of ten, if you hit a crash there's going to be some sort of drum accent with it. You remind me of me when I first started playing, really. Nice use of resources, though, suspending that crash on a hi-hat stand! I'm not trying to take you down a notch, either, just trying to advise a fellow drummer.

No, your rolls were fine but I mean times at like :27 and :33. Though that whole first section before the 8th notes hi-hats and fast bass start should have a snare every...2 secs I guess, even when you're crashing. except for when there's a roll. if you still don't get it, listen to that part of the song more closely and you'll see
