I hear you harrby. IMHO Opera singers are the best singers in the world when it comes to technique and efficiency of using their voices. Too bad they have to do mainstream, i.e. PoP music, to be able to reach a wider audience (that includes me) who know little when it comes to classical music.

@songkona You'd be surprised how physical classical singing is. You have to be aware of almost every part of your body inside and out. And you definitely need to feel relaxed and free to move at least a bit.

@Egggirl001 Oh honey, I am perfectly aware of how physical singing-- any kind of singing-- is. Hence my *facetiousness* at her complete lack of physical involvement except very superficial, overly dramatic arm motions! Completely unnecessary.

She's really good but I cannot connect with her music. Maybe not yet. lol
