  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaa sound like me and my mates after a few whysky's

  • Wait now maybe im beginning to understand. Is it about transporting the viewer to a childish baby like state? Is the gobbldy gook supposed to be what a baby would make of our language in the times before they could speak??

  • I signed in as my little sister just so I could 5 stars that twice! altho I dont know if YT noticed the switcharoo n candled it.. I bet ur a hit with ppl on shrooms! haha

  • Sam Where do you find this stuff? Seriass!? Personally i think the drummer performed well..

  • Yea but the Altos were early :P

  • People always have strong reactions when I perform this piece. It touches deep feelings (fear, delight, etc.) in people. Friends in the audience have told me of other audence members conspiring during the performance not to applaud, only to get highly enthusiastic at the end. I find that performing it for young children is extremely rewarding. Schwitters himself also inspired these strong reactions according to contemporaries. There are many fine performers who also do it. DJM

  • @daryjohnmizelle I consider myself to be a rather open minded person and somewhat artistic, and these performances baffles me. whats the purpose of an ursonate?. whats the value of your performance? other then being just overcoming facial fatique and consistant tone?. your only personal expression comes from your facial and body movements. I found no definition of ursonate or ursonography giving my the impression of no real recognition. enlighten me please.

  • @supadub16 Do you read or write any poetry? Taking the shape of a poem and leeching out any verbal meaning out of it and leaving its only meaning in the performance. It's kinda like humming a tune without any words - if you know the song, you could make others understand that it IS a song, even if the exact lyrics seem to escape you momentarily :)

You don't have to understand it to enjoy the order in the chaos or the chaos in the order.

  • DJ is brilliant. Long before Eno co-opted Schwitters, DJ was performing it with passion. This low tech video captures the mood completely.

  • i hate you
