@mizzou1231 Most people who are maxed get more than 13m prayer exp because it's a super fast skill to train, and when you're maxed, it's simply a race to get the most exp. All the highest ranked players all have 200m prayer exp. They could have 200m say crafting exp, but instead they chose prayer. Why? because, as I stated, it's fast as fuck. If you no life and you do frost dragons every day for a week, you could get 15m+ exp.
