  • Terrifying. Absolutely terrifying. If only Roosevelt's cabinet had not been infilitrated by communists, then maybe communism and it's prettier ugly sister, socialism, would have been anniilated. This is REALLY bad. SMALL GOVERNMENT NOW!!!!!! HOw dare they use our tax money to pursue an anti-American agenda!

  • Sir, I fully respect your useful point, just want to correct these numbers at 1:00 : 1. United States 22.21% 2. Japan 12.22 3. Germany 8.38 4. France 6.46 5. United Kingdom 6.28 6. Italy 5.14 7. Spain 3.73 8. Canada 3.54 9. Korea 2.40 10. Australia 2.39 11. Mexico 2.39 12. Netherlands 2.16 13. Switzerland 1.56 14. Belgium 1.50 In proportion to populations, the US actually contributes noticeably less than Japan, Germany and France. Still the OECD sometimes bothers my country France as well.
  • OECD = 0.00007% of GDP. If thats your plan to reduce the deficit, good luck. Of couse the OECD is not waste.

  • American citizens are as well off with the OECD as they are without it, so if you don't mind spending that money on the OECD, I'd like you to give me that money. I wouldn't mind it. As you say, it's cheap anyway. :P

  • Dan Mitchell is great. Another terrific, yet maddening look, into just how bad it really is.

  • I did not know of the existence of this organization. Certainly should NOT exist. Who are the people behind it's formation and who holds them accountable? I am appalled. I was in Paris in 2002/3 and I fear the department of the treasury crooks are moneylaundering my estate in this nwo treasonous vehicle as well.

We The People Against Corruption in the Campaign to Resign and Indict Obama et al. Bank One Obama and his DHS Janet are the highest ones to be compelled to resign first then Pelosi etc.

  • So, we're paying taxes to be told we should pay more taxes...

  • @Aeschylus

your comment would be really funny, if it weren't true

  • Support Ron Paul, the only leader who will cut ALL foreign aid.

  • @chevydriver1123 After Obama resigns(very soon) I might support Ron Paul. Hope we can swing having a presidential reelection on the Ballot in November 2010. That is right, We The People Against Corruption in the Campaign to Resign Barack Hussein Obama from the presidency IMMEDIATELY and have new leadership to reverse US demise. The manipulations of crooked attorneys Obamas are outstounding (both Barry and MIchelle). They should be charged. Bank One fraud of Zenadev my co with DHS Janet Dow Jones

  • Depends on you definition of civilian I guess. If you live among bomb makers that walk into a market and murder 5-100 people going about their everyday lives and you think they are doing good work by doing this and you even pray that your child may one day do the same thing and that will make you all giddy.. and when you arse gets blown up by being a little too close.. that is a "civilian" that I do not recognize on the same level as the go to market type civilian buying some food.

  • great video, Dan Mitchel is awesome

  • 100 million is cheap when you consider how fast we spend that over seas on our military. I think people need to realize that profit and economic growth is not all that there is to life and to society.

  • @harryman11 Are you saying that it's ok to waste $100 million because it's cheap compared with what's spent on the military? By the way, the organization that created this video favors a substantial reduction in the excessive military spending overseas. Lastly, I agree (obviously) that profit and economic growth aren't all that there is to life. This video doesn't imply that they are though. Profit and economic growth are simply products of a free society.

  • one world government, much?

  • Why don't you make a video about the hundreds of billions of US tax dollars that have and are being spent by the US government on killing civilians in the Middle East...

  • @seosamh1921

Maybe because there are no grounds to believe that anyone besides Islamic terrorists are systematically killing civilians anywhere?

  • @nlolinder Ah! I see, you haven't been hearing about the regular reports over the past few years about drone attacks killing civilians. Maybe you should try and keep up with what's going on.

  • @seosamh1921

You mean when the terrorist targets hide behind civilians? Or have you been reading Media Matters?

  • @seosamh1921

You can go to the excellent website Antiwar.com for those matters. I haven't seen anything done on the OECD, so this video is more valuable when you compare the two on the basis of easily acquiring information. Dan Mitchell is probably really anti-war anyway. The Cato Institute is not the AEI.

  • Great video, as always.

  • This video is bonkers.

  • ...More like pull the plug to prevent the baby from being electrocuted.

  • GOD but his voice is annoying!!

  • WTF?? All this time I thought the OECD was PRIVATE and mainly did research on the member nations.

  • I thought it was just called Center for Freedom and Prosperity? Adding the word "foundation" at the end seems a little redundant.

  • @whoo689

Don't feel bad. There are millions of people out there that think the IMF, World Bank, WTO and WHO are all private organizations as well.

'Foundation' is just the legal structure of the organization.
