DC and rob dyrdek do A LOT for skateboarding, tons of plazas all over the united states, streetleague...and so many things, DC shoe co wasnt doing too well as a business and they needed big names to join their team so kids would start buying their shoes and shit...which is a good thing since DC does so much for skateboarding, if they went out of business that would be bad for skateboarding.
