In the first month, the vids are 40-45 minutes; the second month gets more intense and they are an hour each. Some days have an added ab routine which will add about 15 minutes per w/o (about once a week or so).
Thanks; each day is as hard as the day before (even though I may say that some days are harder). I give it everything I got each day whether I am feeling it or not. I truly appreciate your support!
Only 30 days left. They seem to leave out that the program is actually 63 days long--it is over a nine week period. Looking back over the first videos, I realize how far I have come; it helps me to believe that I can overcome any difficulties that are to come. Thank you for your support; it is really helping me!
