Nice video, I enjoyed it quite a bit and to the Jerk ranting about the video. Dude seriously everyone knows about the South Fork but most people don't bother because they don't know how to Fly Fish or have the extra money to pick up a rod and reel. To me Fly Fishing is like Golfing, its a gentleman's sport. Fairly easy to do, hard to master but few can afford to do it!
The rainbows in that stream are gorgeous, no doubt. The guy who caught it didn't even know how to identify a rainbow, vs another trout, or did he think it was a perch? Kind of scary; people who can't identify fish with drift boats on my home rivers. *sigh* "progress"
Snakepimp - It was I, the camera man, who could not identify a rainbow trout (although I believe I correctly identified the fish in this video). The person who owns the drift boat and caught the fish probably knows more than most about fly fishing, Idaho rivers, and fish type. So, rest assured dude ... your home rivers are safe.
