(1) Take screencap of the Youtube image you want, copy-pasta to MS Paint (or something similar.)
(2) Put a selection around the image, trim canvas to fit, save as.
(3) Open Google Image Search, drag your screencap into the search bar, let Google do the rest.
(4) From there you can view image source and copy-pasta the URL, or do whatever else you will with the image (so long as that's allowed by copyright.)
