I've found out before that developers cannot make their own scenery files for jetways, due to FSX limitations. So, sadly its the default FSX moving jetways, the AES package, or none.

wait, did you try AES on the jetways, or they are really static? Because in some sceneries, you might need AES for jetways.

when i am flying at this airport i have noticed a definate loss of fps. however i have only flown at this airport with the Quality Wings 757 and a small payware helo. the best rate or frame I have recieved yet is maybe 15 fps rather than my usual 40. this also may be slightly due to my graphics all being turned all the way up.

However, you stated FRAPS will decrease your frames per second. It does so but only by around 15 FPS. The video is stuttering quite a lot which indicates to me that your hardware is struggling to maintain 30 frames, any lower than 30 you can recognize it. Its certainly noticeable, i don't want to hate on you but MarcAnthonyStorm has a point. 50FPS is inaccurate and misleading...

Taxiways wont be static with AES... Today's new payware airport scenery uses only that. (Apperently Aerosoft offers them a sum of AES if the make the airport dynamic using aes only)

I get lag on this but I think its due to my 32 bit system not fully using all the RAM I have. I need win7 to smooth things out. i7 2.6 gh, 4890HD, 6G ram. Not high end but i'll do till i can upgrade and oc.

Im sorry to say that I do see the lag in your video of this airport and Im not surprised because this is a very fps hungry airport compared to most. I dont know why but it is. My rig is a bit stronger than yours, not knocking your rig, but even on my rig I see some lag at this place. It looks amazing but people need to know the truth and not what the company wants them to think.. Your videos are informative but I have to disagree on the fps issue. Keep up the good work.

@marcanthonystorm At no point in this review did I provide misleading or false information. My reviews are strictly independent and the statements that I make in my reviews are accurate to my experiences. I did experience the FPS that I noted in this video (and I recommend you watch the 2nd video for additional info on that). In terms of "lag" that you claim, it could be from the Fraps recording FPS, render FPS, or perhaps YT playback. I hope this clears up your questions.

@Cessna154 Im sorry but you said 50 fps or close to it, and even with FRAPS on while recording, you would only have roughly and loss of 10 to 15 fps with FRAPS and Im seeing in this video around 15 fps not 30 or above. There is a lot of stutter in this video. Now if you got to SJT375 videos and his rig is not as intense as mine, he has better frames per second in this airport than you do with your rig.

I pretty sure this is getting moving gate with AES support within the next update Oliver provides; Default FSX gates are crap IMHO. For a short and easy KSFO review I would have to say this is FSDT quality but with even better frame rates even if you using Flght1 GEX and UTX USA witch this video doesn't seam to combined.

Your anti-aliasing is really bad. Use Nvidia Inspector to ste a proper AA %AF mode for your graphics card driver.

Also, use ENB series to achieve a realistic ligting system in FSX.

Your graphcis are really bad now. Get rid of the 'dancing lines','jagged edges' and distant blurs. ;)

@kyleflanaganscooters AA is a crapshoot. Just got off a flight yesterday on their subsidiary American Eagle. The flight attendant was very kind, but seemed to have little experience. Also, the copilot had dreadlocks, which doesn't convey professionalism. But, on other flights the service was good and the cabin crew experienced. Go with Delta :P

@SuperVideoman12 According to the developer, the jetways won't move until the next update of AES. From my point of view, the jetways should be animated regardless, and customers should not need to purchase additional add-ons.
