umm when u say backward /forward, does that mean u do a backward four then forward four or do u do all bakwards first then all forwards?

@Anchiba2 You can use any rounded string/rope. The larger the string the larger the bracelet. Fuzzy string, fuzzy bracelet. Stiff string, stiff bracelet. Etc.

Just made one Santa hat. It turned out pretty good but I think I got my string mix up cause the top og the hat where it's suppose to be white is red. So I just need to practice more. I really like this pattern though

I don't know. Carrie (moderator on the site) rejected the pattern and it caused problems I suppose. I had another mod look it over and they approved it but perhaps once it is rejected it will not work. I'm sorry.

If you feel you need it please go to Carrie about it. You can find her by searching "Carrie" on the site and perhaps send her a private message. There's not much I can do if it was rejected... so I'm truly sorry.

@sabinosa88 The pattern was originally rejected for being "too similar" to the one I based it off of... so the rejection might have ruined all chances of it being usable. I'm sorry. I tried to gather a second opinion from another moderator but it appears once it is rejected it will not work regardless of it having been accepted after the fact. I'll try to find out what is wrong... sorry once again.

@abercrombie820 There are no posted hanukkah patterns to use. I even tried making my own patterns up but it is virtually impossible to create good shapes for the star, dreidel or a menorah in a regular pattern. The only good ones seem to be alphas. Your best bet is to follow a crosstiching pattern (since they are identical to alpha patterns) or if you are lucky to find an actual alpha pattern that looks decent then try that.
