It's 'filmed' in Iran (not really) outside in the streets of Iran, all women, muslim or non-mulim they have to wear a hijab, its compulsory not optional. But by law you can wear anything you want inside your own house, and that scene where she's wearing a mini skirt, she's inside the house. Nothing wrong with that.
