He was diagnosed with anal cancer and he is suffering from depression and the effects of chemotherapy. How about researching a way of effectively removing the cancer once it develops, with minimal effect to the patient. Tackle REMOVAL methods first, then work on a cure...

I've had a Cancer scare myself - luckily it turned out to be dormant. I've always, even before having my personal experience, made sure I've given to Cancer Research UK as it really does make a differance.
