A R* higher up explained to me that GTA 5 won't be anywhere near finished untill 2012. It takes atleast five years to complete one game. But, they had started working on ideas before GTA 4 was finished. And, they hit the ground running since then. I hope the enviornment is more opened up and destructible like red fraction.

Im honestly hoping its in San Andreas, would be cool if they combined all areas so you could take plane rides to the next city, would also love full customization.
