If you're doing the ab exercises three times per week with a day rest between you will see strength gains within 2 or 3 weeks.
If you want visual results it takes longer. This depends on individual factors such as body fat percentage, diet, genetics, current fitness level and overall fitness regimen.
I'm not a serious gym addict so I really liked these noncomplicated exercises that I can do at home without equipment. Also, I liked that the latter exercise can be performed differently for more or less advanced persons.
I am a gym junkie and these ab exercises are new to me and look effective. The offer different levels are appreciated. Her instructions are clear and consise.

It may take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks.
