  • When do you start seeing results?

  • If you're doing the ab exercises three times per week with a day rest between you will see strength gains within 2 or 3 weeks.

    If you want visual results it takes longer. This depends on individual factors such as body fat percentage, diet, genetics, current fitness level and overall fitness regimen.

    It may take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks.

  • These are great exercises the abs. Liz does a great job of explaining each one. Her instructions are easy to follow. Great job

  • I'm not a serious gym addict so I really liked these noncomplicated exercises that I can do at home without equipment. Also, I liked that the latter exercise can be performed differently for more or less advanced persons.

  • This instructor is a phenomenal trainer, both for athletes and people trying to improve their fitness!
