u need a usb cable and connect it to the computer then a window will get up on the phone then choose the last one there is like 3 things u can click on choose the 3rd one then u can put music and games on it

acctually it depened on how much progs u have on computer,

and if u connect the cable, then press,

date transfer, or watev its called,

then u can easily put everything on the phone,

but thats only with memory card,

That's not true - my friend has had hers since last summer, and it still works. I got mine in december and it still works.

Just because it happened to your phone you shouldn't run around saying that kind if stuff, because yours might be the only one with that problem.
