  • hey player supreme, I am a subscriber to your channel. good vids as usual. just wanted to add my lift experience. when i started i was 15 at 120-130 lbs and 5'11. I was a super skinny ectomorph, but after reading up on bodybuilding, and arnolds encyclopedia I learned to lift very very well, it is ALL in the form. i went from benching 60 barely to maxing at 255 or so before I stopped.about a year later.. also i want to reccomend reverse grip curls, it makes your wrist and forarms huge.

  • @LXXITobinator squats are a good idea, once you break through that initial barrier, and also barbell rows, they build your testosterone like crazy sauce, and also dumbell presses are better than standard bench IMO. I think an easy trick to gaining size for ectomporh is destroying fibers monstrously, and to do that i think you need mre strength, so testosterone is key, and benchpress, squats, barbell rows are probably the best way to do that to my knowledge and experience.

  • @LXXITobinator If you go for muscle fiber destruction to the point to when your body is out of commission, i think it is worth the time out of the gym, for those looking to gain size because you will see results almost immediatly. btw, i havn't worked out in 2 or 3 years now, and i have retained alot of strength because of the good form i learned I get to use it for everyday things, and it keeps me in good shape ( i am vegetarian btw). form=results please emphasize that to your students chris!

  • @LXXITobinator Good Job man.

  • @ThePlayerSupremeshow Thanks Chris, I am a fanatic of my own proccess, so sometimes I am just compelled to share my knowledge. Go for those reverse grip curls man, you will be amazed if you havn't gone down that route yet.

  • snoop was 6"6 120 pounds lol :-)

  • @adwaye that is skinny!

  • MELO! YES BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO EAT DOUBLE! 120 TO 140 is posible. Snoop dog was 6"6 120 pounds out of high school.

  • WUD U RECOMMEND HEAVY DUMBELL TRAINING VS BRENCH IF THEIRS NOT ANYONE TO SPOT U???

  • @leoboi88 I actually only do recommend dumbbells. I know I know before someone whines at me. I know you guys like your bar bench. Dumbbells allow a deeper stretch and more development. I have not done bar benches in a long long time. I actually mostly do a slight inclined dumbbell bench press. 25 degree angle.

  • @leoboi88 YES!

  • How many times a week do you do a full body workout while being able to get enough rest?

  • @tswagg504 I do it 3 times a week. I have been at it way longer. My body can do its repair work real fast.

  • You're right about the creatine, but they did eat alot of meat which contains a butt-load of creatine. But I agree with you, you really don't need all the supplements.

  • @UIsTall Also you end up relying on a pill to do what you should be doing naturally and holistically.

  • I was a skinny guy..well I still am I'm 18 5ft.9 150 pounds but I'm all muscle. I'm a Young bodybuilder. Girls love a strong dominant man

  • Hey PlayerSupreme what do you think of the youtubers twinmuscleworkout ?

2 naturals bodybuilders of 37 yrs old really funny

  • For beginners, i would suggest this. But for everybody else, full body work outs arent as effective as split workouts.

    You the man Supreme.

  • @LeoStyle871 I disagree. I did full body and grew. But mine included benches, deadlifts and squats. Just compound movements three times a week for a month. Maybe you should atleast try out other routines. None of the bodybuilders in those days did splits, only Arnold. All the natty bodybuilders did full-body, or full-body splits, because they recognized where the growth comes from.

  • Will this include a diet program? Or will you make one separate? (You should!)

  • 8:40, I got to 30 before i started to burn. haah

  • It's not nice to steal SS. And sell it as your own. Nice scam. Google Starting Strength. Or just go to /fit/ to find it.

  • Is it ok to be sore as hell after your workout and for a few days after? I train with a buddy who is a professional natural body builder and I swear he has me lifting too much. Im usually sore for a week each body part we work.

  • sorry I meant to say ectomorphic has small bones.

  • I'm 5'9 120 is it possible to gain 20lb in 5 months?

  • @melo15813 Not lean muscle you can put on about 4lbs of muscle in 5 months but if you just want to put weight on then yeah eazy. But if you want to put lean muscle on you need 100 grams of carbs over your body weight. Of cors brown rise and sweet patatos and food like that I'm 5'6 - 197-199lbs

  • @playersupreme What ideas do you have for the beer gut and or fat guys?
