Back when Mark Henry truly was a beast. He had some hops for his size and some killer muscle mass. Well he still has the muscle mass but his injuries made him lose that elevation he used to get in those splashes and elbow drops.

People tend to forget Mark Henry has a powerlifters body, which is a combination of fat and muscle. Yea he was in great shape here he was young here. And even now he is in great shape for a man who is 40yrs old. Not many 40yrs old are in the best shape, he may not be as muscular as he once was but to say he is just fat is not true. Still has a powerlifters body for a 40yr old. Still in great shape in my opinion.

this match was more of an up and down match than a back and forth match. At first Mark Henry has all the momentum, then all of a sudden Vader has all the momentum, then Mark Henry gets the momentum back. there was never a point when they were exchanging blows or one of them would make a short comeback, both their advantages were long lived.
