Oh wanna restore PRV Power, most PRV with K-Jetronic suffer under much too less fuel pressure because the fuel pressure regulators have a badly tired pressure regulator spring...put some shims under that internal regulator spring so the internal fuel pressure is back to 5,4 bars and your 2,8 PRV willcrank out 178 Hp without mod....
most people never measured PRV performance if engine is good, with too lean mixture its slow, if well maintained its as fast as a citroen SM!
Be aware that there are some Water hoses under the intake manifold
that leak water into the V of the V6, so you have permanent Water Loss without noticing it, so better take off the intake manifold and restore these hoses.
get rid of that fan and shroud...use an electric one with a sending unit (and short pipe) snub installed from a Saab 900. A volvo radiator (from a rear drive 240-760..etc) with its fill tank will give you more capacity...added bonus it has the threaded spot to hook up your fan sending unit.
@HarriePeugeot Wow... we in the US never got the CIS injected one. THe EFI in the Eagle Premiers were very fuel efficent...32mpg at 70mph is/ was the norm.
Chrysler used a much simpler and leaner EFI than BOCSH CIS/EFI found in other makers cars. Eagle cars with bad transaxles can be had for nothing.

The 604 was a very powerful and refined car in its day. They are very rare in the UK now, with only about 15 examples thought to survive today.

Modern cars suck completely try that after 19 Years with a modern Mercedes or BMW--thei fail and will be NON REPAIRABLE.
Todays cars = disposal cars, made from fake materials just like inkjet printers!!

the exhaust is leaking, and the fuel-system was not adjusted, so it does sound like it should...
But after 19 years this was a GREAT moment for me, and the sign to go on with this project.
you can see it here, a full restauration. The language is in in Dutch, sorry, but the photo's tell the story.
Greetings, Harrie

@HarriePeugeot YOu have no AC ...so a professional looking (stock looking) job is in order. The radiators in the V6 604 were very sketchy be warned.

@505stealth || The radiator is NEW, hand-build by a specialist, it's still OK
I drive the 604 GTI every day since july 2010, very relaxed driving,
and when nessecearly or for fun, it's very fast :-)
