Most places serve it up like this or with the vinegrette dressing. Some have chicken or smoke salmon in it. Not sure about a cobb salad comparison though, would need a few more things in there.
I love all your vids, but this should be retitled, creamy garlic cobb salad :) or something along those lines, or "QUICK SALAD" :D
