If you put all three fans in the top you'll only have 1 or 2mm to work with trying to get the top cover part back into place, so you can't slide it back on.
You're gonna have to drop it into place and give it a good knock to put the last few plastic parts into their holes

Hey bro, how did you put the third 120mm LED fan on the top?
I tried to put a 120mm fan but I could not put the cover on top. My third 120mm fan was blocking the cover that is why I could not close it.
