totally agreed! Bollywood features men and women who look practically white. it's a class issue! no matter where you go in India, the 'lower classes' are often darker because they may work outdoors, and they NEVER see representations of themselves in the media nad movies! It's discrimination and lookism. Our country has CELEBRITIES like Shah Rukh Khan endorsing garbage like Fair and Lovely. In South India, the average villager I met is black skinned, but Tamil movies feature pale actors!

I don't think freida is more fairer than any average indian women. Some indian women are dark skinned, some are light skinned and frieda falls into the later.
