God blessed David Gates with tremendous succes in his deeds, and this is an explicit reflection of his feith. Can you show your feith by your work? James, 2:18

Or maybe you think the only work for God is to sit on the fence and point on some "wrong doctrines?" Well, it seems like a good busynes too, but surely is not very productive one, though..

James never talks about works performed in front of God. You have not even understood James, typical!

The demonstration of works in James is not works done to be witnessed by God but works done before men.. James says, "I will show you my faith by my works" [2:18] He is talking about demonstrating our works before humans and not God.

You are under legalism and lost!

I wouldn't trust David Gates as far as I could kick him. David Gates was banned from talking in any sda congreration or church in Australia. The sda general conference banned him from speaking, and rightly so, David gates teaches a false gospel of legalism and self-righteousness.

If you want to be deceived listen to david gates. But if you want instead to not be deceived and want instead to be saved through the true gospel, then listen to Paul instead and read Galatians 2.

In Jesus day's he was attacked by the church leaders and teachers of the law that supposedly were doing GOD'S will.Don't believe read it in the 4 gospel's.What is good being a christian with problems or being a christian without problems? I believe in obedience to the 10 Commandments - but I do not believe like you and David Gates do that my obedience contributes to me GETTING saved [Justification], STAYING saved [sanctification] now or later.

If you read Galatians 4:21 and then Gal 3:1-3 with an open mind you will see that the FALSE GOSPEL that Paul opposed so vehemently was this : You initially get saved by faith in Jesus PLUS my own efforts.
