You should try wmv on about 20 000 bitrate 1080p. Also, it seems as your clip was recorded with pretty low gravity. It was kinda choppy / laggy. Try recording with 60 fraps fps, and playing your demo in 0.25 timescale. then speed it up by 4 in vegas.
@Razersurf I usually use timescale but I was testing out startmovie, which looks exactly the same as fraps before compression but h264 absolutely destroyed it for some reason. I asked skye how he did his exile video and followed it but he seems to have a godly touch on these things :)
@Inn1t yes it seems lol :P It also depends on the computer you have, the better computer = better quality but that's mainly the rule for fraps. startmovie shouldn't be affected though. IT's not that bad tho, but it could've been better : )
