That's actually a suprise/trick play we ran in highschool. We called it shoestring suprise. Basically after the previous play a guy sneaks over to where the ball is at the line of scrimmage, kneels down pretending he needs to tie his shoes, while a few guys lag around on the line of scrimmage to where their set and the other guys act like their waiting for the huddle. The guy tying his shoes quickly hikes it to a back and he runs off with it.
