Is this the one there selling at radioshack? The radioshack reviews of this product aren't the nicest to read, lots of them say not to buy the product because the software has problems installing, the model number that radioshack is selling is (copied from site) PCTV23058 HD Mini Stick USB TV Tuner.

I have a Gateway Netbook LT2030u it is new but it has a 250gb hd and 1.60 processor with 2gb of ram. Will this work in my netbook? I'm just planning to watch tv that's it no recording

Great review Robert.I got the older pro model, I installed it on my newer imac with relgato eye tv software and it is so slick it much more polished the the windows version.I also installed it in windows 7 and allowed window media center to detect and config the device and while very much improved still not as slick as eye tv on the mac.Keep up the great reviews.

I also just purched a eee 900ha netbook with 2 gigs ram and 1.6 atom cpu and with windows 7 and media center it works to watch HD TV abiet could use more horsepower ,its ilittle slugish changing channels but once tuned in its a gret pix no lag. This netbook keys are very small ,please excuse my spelling.

I am getting a new gateway laptop in the next couple weeks and was planning on buying this. I got to the part of the video that said it needed atleas a 2.4 processor and the laptop I am getting is a 2.1, it kinda puts a damper on me getting this.. Wish the requirements wernt so steap.. Would have been nice to have so that I can get HD in my car on long trips.

That's 2.4Ghz Pentium 4. If you're getting a new Gateway laptop, it'll be a Core 2 Duo. Different architecture, different CPU. You'll have more than enough power to take full advantage of the PCTV HD.
