Try typing in Google "Photoshop Torrent". There are places like Mininova, Piratebay, Torrentz and Isohunt. Make sure you get the activation code as well..!
I got CS3 from Mininova, works a treat.

theres a whole lot easier way
use the magic eraser tool and get rid of the black background on the skull so its just the skull.
then use the drag tool and drag it to the fire
