@Pupparone: The Catholic church that I belonged to in the early '90s did not adhere to the strict doctrine as laid down by Rome. They had the courage to take a broader, compassionate approach - and provided support for someone like me who was struggling (to the brink of ending my life) with the profound weight of a lonely, traditional Catholic response to homosexual relationships. I'm very grateful to them for their support. Their welcome. And their unwillingness to dictate how I should love.
I don't understand; you met your boyfriend at a gay group through the Catholic Church? Why did your church have a group like this? I mean, I know the Church has groups like Courage which help homosexuals live celibate, chaste lives, but these groups are never supposed to encourage homosexual relationships. This video makes it sound like the Catholic Church will support a person's homosexual relationships---but this can't be what you mean.

Greg, You are under a delusion of being in the right place in your life. You Are in a place to change and repent of your sin against Jesus. He died for your and my sins that we would be saved, but he is not going to do it again. He is the way, the truth, and the life. And no one goes to The Father except by Him. Please, if you are a Catholic, read your bible. It IS the Word of GOD! You both should to repent, as I have, and, it does get better, my brother. May the Angel of God guide you.

From one Greg to another, what an awesome video. I flashed back when you mentioned doing research in secret as I did as well. Thankfully my parents had invested in a complete set of the Encyclopedia Britanica (that's like a paper version of Google for all you young people out there) so I didn't have risk looking for information in the library.
