Well, this administration has only had 1 year, and they have A LOT, I mean, A LOT of cleaning up to do. Clean water is one of many concerns, albeit an important one. I'm sure with enough pressure, this administration will act. But, I am, of course, in America, I have no idea how to pressure the Mexican Government.
