your only getting 5 ltr per min with 80amps ~ I get that with 32 amps plus youl boil the electrolyte quickly. Ill post videos this week of my ltr testing. solid design though your cell looks sturdy good work there.
Do an actual test under real working conditions. Sure. You can get 50 LPM for 10 seconds. Means absolutely nothing. We all know brick cells hold up. Hell, we builsd them, too. Let's see this cell at 12VDC and say 15 amps. Then do a LPM test. That would be more realistic. 80 amps....that's a joke.
Ouch..! 80 amps!! That will boil and melt your cell. If you are using that battery charger jumper in the video? 12 volts x 80 amps = 960 watts devided by 5000 ml = 5.2 mmw. So.. if you bring electrolyte down to draw 27 respectable amps you would get 1.7 lpm based on 62.5 ml/amp. ardentscientist cell dose much better than this with 8.35 MMW. 80 amps is impracticle.
let's clear up a few things. 1st water electrolysis begins to occur at 1.23 V and tops out around 2.3 VDC. anything ove that you are brut forcing and any excess electricity is wasted in the form of heat.(why submersed cells have heat probs)
you are correct on the MMW. This video was not to demo efficiency. The demo was to show what the cell can take. you can run our cells with no heat issues continiously well over 80 amps. i was using 12vdc charger which actually fed under 12v to the cell which is a lower per plate voltage.(below2.0 vdc)
at 13.5V @ 80 amps cold you can expect between 6-7 LPM or more once it reaches 176F which is prime conditions for water electrolysis.
I went from 21 mpg to 29 mpg with a 9 plate wet cell. my very first attempt. all i did was run the output hose into the air intake. worked awesome until the water boiled and pumped into the intake!

80 Amps at 14 Volts (Alternator output).
That measure consumes 1120 Watt electricity. An Alternator has roughly 80% efficiency
so you must drain 1400 Watt (nearly 2 Horsepower) to get it working.
My TDI-Diesel has an idle RPM about 800/min and consumes in this state 760L/min Air.
The 5L/min HHO volume has (on idle) a 0,658 percentage effect.
My car (Family combiation with 1,4 Tons of weight) needs about 4L/100Km Diesel that ist about 58.8 MPG.
I doubt' that a HHO injection can perform better.

I have seen this with my own eyes work on this cell...I'm getting 50% more mpg on my vehicle!!

Hey Buddy Use 12 Inch Plates And Slimmer Gaskets Its Helps ALot Trust Me
I get 7 Lpm On 42 Amps
No Heat Problem
I Got Lic Nav 5.4 I get 16-18 Local Hwy 22-26

hey 07 I checked your channel, and dont see any vids? so where is your videos of this?
I would like to see your cell in operation it sounds good, also what is the thickness of your gaskets and what material are you using for them?

we are after raising the effiecncy of the combustion engine to increase your MPG. The highest car effiency on the market is only 26%
to raise that and see the big mpg gains on v8's is gonna take more than 2-3 LPM.

hardcore.. don't you think that 60-80 amps is too much ? How to produce more gas with less amps ? 5-20 amps..
