Hallo youtubers. I am a stundent that feels he needs more energy. I know about exercise and tthe other stuff. When I drink coffee i get hyper for maybe an hour and after that I get so tired. Is there anyone that know if there is some coffee that has a more steady curve effekT. That works longer and with not such a explosive effekt.

@Searchinganswers: If you put sugar in your coffee, then it will make you tired pretty soon after drinking it. I use Equal so I don't get tired anymore after drinking it. And certain coffees can have an adverse effect on people's energy, dependent upon the person. So you can try hot tea, which can have more caffeine than some coffee. Other than that, avoid sugar drinks and carbs like french fries that will make you tired.

hi team. great job. this is def a latte tho. "latte art"! crema is kept very well in tact, then a hint of foam pushed in at the last moment. latte. flat whites don't have the hint of foam pushed in at the end - just the crema left in tact - no intentional foam.

while in cafes usually lattes are served in glasses, and flat whites are served in cup/mugs, you can pour any type of coffee in any sort of cup. i get people ask for lattes in mugs all the time, just because they prefer mugs to glasses!

lol, it looks like coffee to me.

they're actually flat whites: mostly crema on the surface with very little froth. He wouldn't be making art this art with an espresso - an espresso is just a straight 30ml shot of coffee, that doesn't include milk.

Flat whites are so similar to latte's however..the only way i tell them apart when making them is that latte's are served in a glass, and flat whites are in mugs, like the ones in the vid here.
