No! I would have gratefully taken your old Tvs and use them. Smashing Tvs is a biohazard and equivalent to a sin. It is also something that should be punishable by law.

Low-end CRTs are still on-par with high-end LCDs in refresh rate alone, and better in picture, and mid-end CRTs surpass high end LCDs in every way, and high end CRTs are amazing.
Only blind dumbasses use LCDs. I'm going to buy a Sony Trinitron TV from the '80s or '70s. The Trinitrons have the greatest picture of any display, wether it be a TV screen or a computer monitor. I recommend you replace your shitty LCDs and plasmas with Trinitron CRTs.
@VaderNES this time i gotta disagree with you.if a crt is broken and you clean up all the rubish again,it is actually awesome!i smashed some DEATH crts,it was awesome,and i cleaned up everything a gain.

CRTs are better. They give you better image quality that lasts longer at a lower price, as well as a faster refresh rate than even high-end LCDs.
