  • @hvactecster79 Thanks so much!

  • Could you have also used a contactor with a 230v coil and let the pilot relay control the 230v to the contactor coil.

  • @21footxpress This is true! I used the existing contactor because it was just installed day before but I came prepared to do a 24V or 230v contactor coil.

  • Hey Dallas !!!

You just opened my Eyes yet Again !

You just made your own DEDICATED TRANSFORMER, just for the Contactor Itself !!! (Freakin Awesome) .

Man you are so Right in Teaching Me, All the Differant Situations a Relay can get you out of Trouble !

    Much Appreciated !!!

Hell with crawlin thru 200' of crap, and shutin the medical building down so you don't injury patients with falling debris !!!

  • Hey Dallas!! Awesome job man! That is good thinking, much better than trying to

fight all the T bar ceilings and stuff to access everything on the inside. Problem solved for good!! Nice, neat install, the box looks like it belongs there!

  • @AVTreasures Hey Ray ! I had to come up with something fast! I have invented frankenbox!! It sure does beat running new control wire! Thanks for watching!

  • The Fan coil Transformer may be failing too ! i'd Definately Replace the Transformer--- With a 100 va if it will fit in the Fan Coil unit. A Fresh Transformer Definately Sounds like it is Needed.

  • if u have trouble with the relay chattering in the future you might want to replace the fan coil Transformer with a 75 or 100va Transformer because of the long run and up the t-stat wire size to 12 guage. use 12 guage thhn stranded wire beacuse it is over a 100ft run.

  • @OcRefrigeration Thanks for your insight! I am going to put your suggestoins to work when it get cooler. Thanks for watching!
