Great finds man. I'm gonna try to head that way this year to see CCH and hopefully dig with Team LA. I hope you can make it. I'd love to dig just one .69 cal. I'm tired of these round balls,...I want a union bullet! haha
Love the videos. Man, living on a battle field! Doesn't get any better then that.
I was going to post a link for you to look at. UTube won't let me. Fellow on mytreasurespot found 718 round balls in one hold. 114 were fused buck and ball.
Finally figured out what those two ringers are! Look up Musketoon bullet....what you've found is the Port Hudson variety. Their were three different varieties of the musketoon bullet. From what I've read they were maybe carried by arkansas troops or even black union soldiers! Great Finds!
@KentuckyReb1 We had both troops here. Im gonna check it out right away. Port hudson is known for being one of the first to use black troops. Just a little history on what port hudson is known for and also it was the longest siege. Thanks
Nice job. Diggin in the mud cant be much fun but you still killed it during week 7. You are no doubt the best relic hunter EAST of the Mississippi River ! lol. Keep up them vids. CCH
looks like a lot more work than wlaking around looking for arrowheads as i do. wow thats is alot of finds for one week very cool allways enjoy watching your videos. Billie thetnrelichunter
