Not necessarily. People who are transgendered (surgically re-assigned or not) may be attracted to men, women, both, or any other combination of cis- or trans-gendered "versions". Did you know that until very recently, homosexuality (and by proxy, transsexualism) were, in fact, considered mental disorders on par with things like schizophrenia? It's been scientifically documented recently that all babies are female until flooded with testosterone to become male, something happens with a transsexual baby that blocks the testosterone from effecting the brain, so the brain remains female but the body becomes male.
