Thanks for sharing this video. It sounds as though you have to find someone who you feel safe around, be it relatives, a friend, siblings, anyone and either stay with them or near them, away from this person hurting you. Hopefully then he'll realise you're not a doormat and that he has to treat you better. If not,continue to reach out and find someone special who you can feel safe and valued and loved by, and let them give you a self-esteem/hope/love refill. It's hard, but they are out there.
