i dont wan't to camper the two singers because it is indeed not an match or something but all i wan't to say is that based upon other performances that ryan tedder did and david archuletta did i must come to conclusion that ryan tedder is far more experienced then david in singing if you listin closely at 2:38 there is an voice crack on purpose when he screams "Apologii-iize"

They gave David the best part, but he messes up a little bit, has trouble with the lower part and he doesn't increase in intensity as he goes. One of the many reasons this song rocks is that it's structured like a 3-minute f**k. "yeah YEAH....I loved you with a fire..." etc etc is building hard and "I'm Afraid" is the big pop where you virtually scream. The OneRepublic guy helped him out by screaming for him. BTW the OneRepublic guy is the undisputed champ of this song. No one's done it better.

@DizzyWizzy123 The "wizard" to whom you refer is Simon and Simon, the producer and host of "AI" who deemed Cook "more commercial" than Archie. I ordinarily don't like baseless conspiracy theories, but Simon Cowell deliberately over-bashed Cook (who had been just fine) in the finals in order to guarantee an angry backlash vote in his favor... I said to friends, "Watch Simon 'apologize' to Cook before the final count is read."

And he did.

One of the reasons why Cook won is because of the way Simon commented at the finale. He kept going all "round one goes to Archuleta" blah. It annoyed a lot of people so even if they didn't follow AI that much, they still voted out of spite. And you have to consider that a lot of people like Cook, too.

i think they have some favoritism issue going on IMO. Have u noticed the way the were treating Adam last season? Or DC during Season 7? (they could have done it to Archie too, i may not have been watching this closely enough) point is, the producers don't want you to know but they could be picking ppl to win.
