Thank you for this post. I made it today and it came out wonderful. I had to heat the pan on medium-high and get it hot, as I wanted to pan-fry the shrimp not steam it.
I think you can cook the shrimp for 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side (based on how hot your pan is and how many shrimps you have frying).
wow people really need a tutorial on how to over cook shrimp.
