parker was more interested in life off the ice. absolute bad ass though make no mistake. there was a time a few years ago when he filled out at 6'5 250 and could have dominated the NHL fight game. but he didn't have the brass to work through injuries, never improved his skating a bit and was more interested in road bikes and chasing ass

Parker should have fought in the game of the Bertuzzi indecent. In my opinion, his reluctance to drop the gloves was stupid, in a brawl of a game is it not the enforcers job to drop the gloves, and if not, at least if he is pressured to lay down the law? Besides, its not like parker can actually play hockey.

You know actually it's kind of wierd..As an enforcers the only time I didn't really feel I had to fight was if there was a bench clearing brawl...It was kind of like, "Oh hey, it's my turn to watch!"

I remember one game where myself and the other scrapper on the team just stood by our bench and watched all hell break loose, and ended up talking with a guy on the other team while this crazy bench brawl was going on. Very strange :)
