@TWCman25 U-verse does have access to the IS2, but they do not wish to use it. They use AccuWeather instead.

Looks like it is true, looks like the voice for the IStar2 is Jim Cantore, not Allan Jackson.

@megamanfan3 You're right, Jim Cantore is not only a meteorologist and Storm Tracker, as well as the narrator for "Storm Stories" and "Cantore Stories", he's also the narration for the beta Local Forecast (aka "IntelliStar 2")

I like how the voice sounds, but it sounds a bit choppier between "Currently in our area" and the narration of the actual conditions than it does with the SD Intellistar. The delay on the text based is a bit long as well... and I thought it was supposed to have the text spelled out.
