  • 106 people are notready for this....but their kids will love it!

  • Awesome!

  • Saw someone driving a Delorean back in maybe '87, pretty wild sight to see the Gullwing.

  • yea but the standard top speed in the us was only 86 mph ;D

  • ok I wish the flux capacitor was standard on all Deloreans

  • @michael1234252

no, it needs to be standard on all cars

  • Only the body panels are stainless steel. The under body is fiberglass with a steel chassis.

  • @TheMetroPhotographer We´re going to replace that chassis by much lighter carbon construction when attaching the hover-conversion, so stay cool ;D

  • @tomecco76 it's all good then...

  • Comment removed

  • @Eclipse1988 Fair enough.

  • @TomStraub no, the flux capacitor is!

  • When the company went bust - the official receiver phoned me and asked if I wanted to buy 600 pairs of silver leather seats !! Maybe, I should have said yes, and put them in storage till now.

  • To this day, founder John DeLorean wonders what might have been if his struggling brand didn't go bankrupt and the company managed to stay around until BTTF came to theaters in 1985. He might still be making cars. There's a new company in Humble, Texas, but they won't start making new DeLoreans until 2013.

  • All standard? Man I got to get me one of these.

  • Biff Tannen disliked this 96 times.

  • @MisterForth plus 9 more and now he did 105 times

  • @MisterForth now it's 106

  • i want one!

  • this cant b true bcuz delorians were only built 3 years - 1980, 1981, and 1982

  • ROFL!! That was awesome! I love all the BTTF films. I just heard about a new trilogy coming out on Blueray.....

  • I thought that the Flux Capacitor was an optional extra like Mr Fusion.

  • is was doc?

  • did delorean ever make a bttf special edition car?

  • @misterladiesman217 nope delorean fell into bankruptcy in 1982

  • @ferraritay Gullwing doors actually require less clearance to open than conventional doors, because the axis of rotation is near the center of the car, and not the edge. So in a situation where a gullwing door wouldn't be able to open, you wouldn't have been able to get out in a car with regular doors anyway. However, one reasonable concern is that a gullwing door will be unable to open in the event of a rollover, but modern cars solve that problem with doors that can detach in the case of an em

  • 0:18 module for time travel

  • Greatest commercial ever!

  • I wish they actualy sold DeLorians like this!

  • I can only imagine how much this cost

  • Made in Norn Iron :D

  • im thinkin of putting a flux capacitor on my car! lol

  • Sound like Charlie Sheen.

  • this car is timeless! I would love to have one :)

  • the delorean was the sacrifice for the cars of to day most cars back then never had a turbo charge or know as what cars have to day full injection and the first sports cars to have to use stainless and recyclable metal

  • the delorean company never went broke the British government canceled the project in the Begining of 1983 the told them to stop production the cars were selling but there government shout down the factory

  • The delorean is probably the only car that even after 26 years, it still looks pretty awesome and better than any other cars they currently make!!, imo.

  • @zackery261 the problem was the de lorean was overpriced and underpowered at the time. stainless steel is hard to clean.

  • when the dislike bar hits 88 you going to see some serious shit

  • @TheWiidrawer you seriously just made me laugh like crazy with that comment! just watched BTTF 1 tonight

  • What a bunch of morons.

1985 was the year back to the future was released.

    great video

  • When this thing hits 88 Mph, you're gonna see some serious shit...

  • I want 1 o.o

  • If this commercial was made in 1985 how do you explain the awesome 3d effects and particles? FAKE

  • @AIONISMO maybe they makers went to the future, made the AD and brought it back

  • @JimmyV2009 The DMC-12 was made between 1981 and 1982, the company went bust in 1982, but was bought up in 2007 and started remanifacturing the DMC-12 out of the old parts that was left from 1982. So yes, you can get a Delorean DMC-12 today.

  • @AIONISMO yeah, these are scenes from back to the future (1985, used 1981 delorean).

  • the slogan should be:

    " can you drive it 88? "

  • fake the DeLOREAN was made in1981

  • @jonthefuzz2 no duh. it's from back to the future which came out in 1985.

  • THERE IS NO 1985!

  • im whant to buy it!

  • I'm not lying....I found out about a year ago myself..I was so excited. Just type in Delorean Motor Company Texas and you'll find the link. I'm really surprised more people don't know about it. I guess they don't really advertise that much outside of Texas.

  • @Credithelper75 If you a huge car fan, like me. You would know that when DMC went out of business, they were bought out by another company I can't remember right now and continued to build and sell the cars.

  • They make brand new Delorean's now. They are manufactured by a company in Texas. They bought all the parts, had them shipped from Ireland and can make you a brand new one with all the 2011 upgrades you want.

    So cool..

  • @Credithelper75 tell me you're not lying to us all

  • @Mattecarshop go type in delorean on google and one of the pages says deloean motor company. click on it.

  • @Mattecarshop its a concept

  • it would be awesome if they made them in 85'. too bad john d got arrested

  • @jamesgproductions yeah wth some dummy huh?

  • Thumbs up if you want at LEAST one DMC 12

    =)

  • ohhhh, fake. should have PUT THAT IN YOUR TITLE

  • I can't belive the Delorean failed, it's like a cheap Lamborghini. I heard they may make a new one again.

  • @KNGarver except far, far slower and with less quality.

  • @KNGarver They do make new ones, though. You can order new cars today from their headquarters in Texas - where they manufacture Delorean cars from the spare parts in stock.

  • @TomStraub

It's a wonder they're not used one naything other than the SLS AMG and the new DeLoreans.

  • there was no 1985 delorean they were produced from 79-83

  • @TheHardRockGod It's a gag commercial.

  • @TheHardRockGod But this one was manufactured by Dr. Emmett L. Brown in 1985. I also heard that he stored it in a mine for 70 years.

  • @TheHardRockGod You're an idiot.

  • WTF! JCPenny at 0:23

  • @sergio11slcp watch the movie dude...

  • music please

  • so is hover conversion included?

  • @dudewolflag21 not the 85 the 2015

  • @dudewolflag21 Not standard.

  • @Pringlesman Damn it i wont get to see some seroius air shit now :(

  • xzczxcz

  • BOV Standard??

  • So this means that the delorean comes with a flux capacitor?

  • I want one

  • greatest commercial evar!!

  • Whats the name of the music playing in the background???

  • only four more years for all u cubs fans lol crazy thing is there actually is a baseball team in miami

  • @dunemoonbeam3 kinda, but not really for us. They say that when it comes to real life time travel its actually like traveling across different dimensions as well as time. So if you or me traveled into the past to say 2001 then we would also cross over into another dimension. On top of that we would never actually be able to travel back to our own dimension of origin, something close, but not the same. We would seriously fuck up everyone elses world timelines.

  • NICE!!!

  • Apparently in 2015 we will have hover conversions for our cars and a bunch of crazy gadgets; you think we would be further towards that by now considering that it's 2011?

  • Hey Mcfly

  • Buuuuuuuuuuuu

  • Wow, it looks great...perfect choice of music.

  • "daytime running lights"

    *in the dark*

    ugh

  • Clearly there are a bunch of assholes buying these things because my future keeps getting fucked up. Thanks buttholes.

  • excellent vid i love it :).

  • So does the Deluxe come with a Mr. Fusion and a Hover Conversion?

  • @MrSkaZach Yelp 2015 is just around the corner ;)!!!!!!!!!

  • @sean55719 Yes Only 4 more years to see the movie Jaws 19

  • Great Scott!

  • "built for the future" or was it the past?

  • WANTED: Someone to go back in time with me, this is not a joke. You will get paid when we get back. Safety not guaranteed, I have only done this once before.

  • @cdfisk HOW TELL ME HOW, and how much does it pay?

  • @cdfisk im in

  • @cdfisk I'm in

  • Ha Nice simple idea and funny.

  • Very Cool It Would Be Awesome If This Was The Real Ad For It :)

  • EPIC.

  • Im out of gas since '85. Got plutonium?

  • ROTFLMAO

  • why did you show that the license plate fell off? I certainly don't want my license plate falling off.

  • the deloreans v6 doesn't have a turbo. the last picture is a modelcar made by welly xD

  • @PianoandCarcrack94 Some of the new ones made in texas have a turbocharger as an option.

  • 1985??? Since when???

  • Good I'm glad it comes with the flux capacitor, otherwise I wouldn't have been interested.

  • if u think this is 4 real ur a idiot,its a spoof

  • This is great!

  • Delorean production 80-82 there wasn't an 85

  • @ELithemanL

yeah, most people watching this know its a fucking gag.

  • ALL standard

  • I manage a movie theater ... I'm working on a DVD of old 50s drive in advertisements and stuff to play before the show. I'm also mixing in classic clips from films, trivia, and stuff... I'm going to be putting this on right before my Back to the Future "Power of Love" music video!

  • Fantastic Mock Advert,

(If only Advertisment Agency's Came up with Advert's like this more often people would attually Bother to Watch them instead of Dozing off)

That said i was under the Impression that this Version had Some kind of

Atomic Engine which was Fueled with Stolen Uranium. (Later Uprated to Run on Waste Protene)

  • Nice One,

If only all Car Advert's were this Good,

You should try Version's of this in German/Alternative Language's it would be even Funnier & be a amusing play on Volkswagen & Audi Ad's,

Keep up the good Satirical Work.

  • be careful what you comericalize , it might come true

  • 88 mph is jus not exciting with out a flux compasator

  • @mofunzonecom That is so true lol

  • @mofunzonecom Very True,

That said i always thought that they should have stated a higher speed

After all to Break through the Time Barrier a Speed of more like 288MPH

or 2088MPH Would be The Kind of Speed you'd Expect to have to Go,

Then again the DMC-12 Probably wouldn't Be Able to Surrvive That Kind

of Raw Power, (In fact i don't think Most SuperCar's Could).

  • @TSR1989FF o come on

    its just a movie

any car can do 88 mph

but in a delorean it just feels that im back in time

  • @mofunzonecom Fair Enough,

I've Always been more into Supercars from the Early 1960's ("LOLA GT40"/

"Adams Probe 16" Etc) to Mid 1990's (Jaguar XJ220 & "Maclaren F1") Mainly due to the (In My Oppinion) Superior Styling & That they were Mostly Designed & Built to Test what was Attually Possible in Power & Performance rather than Today's Examples in general which are Mostly just to fit a Gap in a Market & a Company's Balance for a watered Down Version of what has been Possible for Decades.

  • best car ever.

  • @jms072gpon YES IT IS :D

  • @jms072gpon not even close

  • LOL

  • You're Gonna See Some Serious Shit!

    Wow This Is Heavy!

  • 88 MILES PER HOUR!

  • Lol the Numberplate sais OUT A FUTURE :D

  • @KingWilliamMB I think it reads "Outtatime"

  • Lol the Numberplate sais OUT A FUTURE :D

  • song name please!!!!!

  • It's a DeLorean DMC12, DeLorean isn't the name of the car, but the name of the manufacturer. Maybe whoever made this video knew that, but it would seem that perhaps they didn't.

  • yeah, i think its 20 grand for a standard and if u want it upgraded.....its alot more

  • not turbocharged! I think hey had some v8's too

  • well if u got the cash u can buy one in huston texas

  • hahahahha yay.. nice commercial

  • it is very nice

    I want it.

  • @gcdj5 yesssss

  • Hi

muy buenvideo me encanta ese modelo

por la Pelicula es un super auto jaja pero si muy Original esa precentacion de

    DELOREAN

  • @NorthernSharpshooter yes, that is absolutely essential. Bill Nye ftw.

  • when this baby hits 88 mph you are goin to see some serious shit....but doc the car only gets up to 85..........shit

  • classic

  • I had VIN 5582, a 1981 with grey leather and auto, 1 of 900 or so. Love the car, lots of looks, way cool but all show and no go.

  • BTW Back To The Future is amongst the Top 5 films off all time for me..

  • Hey I was wondering where I could get extra plutonium? The Libyans stopped supplying me when they realized I was ripping them off >.<

  • GM didnt like one of their top engineers doing his own thing so the FBI set out to destroy Mr Delorean. The FBI asked him to smuggle drugs for them,at first he agreed but then changed his mind. When he refused they threatened to kill his family which is why he was aquitted. They also took all his molds & dies and chopped them up & threw them in the ocean.

  • @themeaningoflife38 have you gotta link to this story , it sounds like something the usa would and could do especially the big name big money firms

  • @andygriff1979 I dont have a link.I remember Larry Flynt had a copy of surveilance video showing FBI agents threating to kill his family.I beleive Flynt was arrested for refusing to reveal how he got it.I imagine that GM & the FBI were behind it all.Beware of mainstream stories about anything since all the media is controlled by the cia.

  • great scott

  • And don't forget the future delorean runs on black market uranium!

  • And in 2008 the DeLorean is back

  • el De Lorean se dejo de vender en 1983 y ademas es de 1981 pendejo

  • Wish it was true, travelling back in time to see concerts with dead legends or buy things new and sell them as mint on ebay

  • Can you please help me. I'm from 1965 but my DELOREAN won't start.

  • This is great I have to say, it makes me want to buy one, to bad im 14!

  • @towatchutube123 (too bad)

  • one of these in MINT condition with the fake flux capacitor and all (everything it had in the movie) was being sold on eBay a while back. i don't remember but it went for a LOT of money!

  • quiero uno

  • hahah flux capacitor comes standard lol

  • Wow. It really is "Built for the future". Considering Deloreans were not even made in 1985. They were produced from 1981-1983. There's one running around in my hometown. I see it on the road every now and then. I'm positive it doesn't have a flux capacitor though. Lol.

  • thats from back to future!

  • @DivxFlash2010 No duh!

  • i saw one before it wass al rusty n shit it was in the ghetto lol i think theres more than 9000 made... unless the owner was a dope man.... idk it was rusty
