I'm looking for a tutorial on uploading original music into musicbrainz... I've been unable to figure out the site on my own... but I have tried a few times... If you have one or anyone knows of one, I would be very grateful. I've got about 500 songs to put in there.
How fast is it?... I have 2600 songs, how long will that take me?
Will it replace file names that are already correct?
Do the files have to have the track number in front of the file name?... Or is there a way to remove it? I just want the name, I don't want the track number...
@ButterOnMyBiscuit I did 639 songs. It took roughly 30 minutes for the first step (Lookup/Matching). I think it could have went faster but I had some other background processes running where my CPU usage was at 100%. Moving on; There were some "non album tracks" meaning it couldn't find the correct data (for instance the NOW series) so I removed all of that data. Phase 2 the "SAVE" portion took for 609 of the 639 files took less than a 2 minutes.

the idea off the software is good but its not really useful to me due to it cant tag remixes. i mean if it could it'll be a great software

and it isnt changing the tags. Just the filename! is there a setting i missed?
