Like i said before, I'm not in a rush, i lift at the speed at which my muscles are relaxed at. and i dont " basiclly let them fall back down to you". It is portrayed that way in the video just because of the quality and the editing. I have moved up to higher weights (85 pounds) and i have easily managed to control them at NORMAL speed.
He is not berthing with every rep if you don't berth right you will struggle
