Privacy Debate: Why Should Innocent Americans Worry?

I think that in the first 34 seconds of this man's speech that he has lost track of our right to Life, liberty and the persuit of happiness. There is no freedom in being monitored, whether innocent or quilty. I have been stalked severely. You can't understand what a loss of freedom that is until you have lost it. You don't need to be quilty of anything. It is horrible to feel that you are never alone. It is 1984, Big Brother etc.
