All of their styles have changed. Even the Use Your Illusion albums barely sound like Appetite. Slash's new album is not Guns N' Roses, and neither is Slash's Snakepit and Velvet Revolver. Plus, the 'New' Guns N' Roses only has one member. It's less Guns N' Roses than Velvet Revolver. So, it's pretty stupid to say Chinese Democracy is one of the best when technically it's not even the real Guns N' Roses.

Guns N Roses USE to kick ass when Slash Duff and Matt were all in the band but ever since they all left in 96 Axl has gottin pritty much nowhere, sure hes played some concerts, but he hasn't released 1 cd since.

But Slash Duff and Matt (who are in VR) have actually released 2 cds and gone on world tours, not to mention the solo albums they have all released when they all left GNR so dude the new GNR cant even touch VELVET REVOLVER.

VR is a great band, and all the members are very sucessfull musicians. The GNR members have a good past for the most part, and Scott, well he is a talented vocalist of course with the STP roots, that being said yeah he has had his drug issues. Good luck to him on staying sober and keeping the STP reunion for 2008 alive. I am looking foward to the Cadot, WI ROCKFEST show set for this summer!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but LIbertad seems a bit more mainstream than Contraband(not that I'm complaining)and has less solos and blocked divisions in the songs; so it all-over goes from start to end more easily without notice.
