@NyKoRaVen What was the NSCE replaced with? I was informed it was going to be replaced in April, but they did not inform as to what it would be replaced with.
@Alex911TheCanadian It is now called NSE- National Star of Excellence. Its pretty much a points system, you accumulate points for everything you do during the training year and are given a lvl from 1 to 5 if i am correct and the higher the level the more chance of getting a exchange or advanced training camp.

@645Saga I believe it is 5 months of being a recruit/cadet, then you can be promoted to Lance Corporal.
