when i was locked up i used to take a basketball and stand about 5 to 7 ft from a wall and throw it at the wall as hard and fast as i could while switching from side to side, almost like this workout but when the ball rebounds back to you you have to catch it and keep up the momentum! excellent waist trimmer!
u shouldnt make a face when workingout ..thats bad for you ...and you should put on wrist weights ..and start power punching the air ..i do it alot at the park ..and im super explosive..and strong ..
