I do not think it works, but I do not say it do not work. I'm more to classical concept. There is no one who installed your Moe-Joe cell and it works. The only cars "working?!" wit it are your cars. correct me if I'm uneducated in this field. I will possibly travel and check it myself. And with NO fuel after it starts delivered. The valve is closed. CAN YOU DO THAT? THE BEST IS IF YOU GIVE ME ANYONE IN NEW YORK. Thank You.

I have not had success with car without fuel. the success that has come has been from others car installations, not mine. but not everyone who installs has success.

I don't know if the cell will work on a hybrid. i imagine all the computer controls for the hybrid will interfere, but my feeling on that, is there is a lot of potential, with further research and experimentation to do cool things with a hybrid.
