i think the eldar from the campaign of the first game were from biel tan, not ulthwe.

but the blood ravens were created by relic so you can understand why they choose that chapter i think.

plus why r they in it? there is no necron. if u've read the Ulthwe lore, it explains they're only interested in Necron.
