you should really explain what the different elements of the program does and how they interact with eachother. I am no noob myself but from a recieving point of view it was really confusing. most people starting to use FL don't know what a kick or pitch is. I would also advice you to write it down first and practise it to get more flow in the speech.
it's just for the noobs to teach them how to not be as much of noobs. come on, you have to admit that if you JUST opened FL Studio you would probably like to have this tut teach you just where things are.
